Check out this ADORABLE Ice Cream Social party I designed for my niece Emilee's 4th birthday. We set up an ice cream bar with ice cream, cones, bowls, different toppings and fudge. The kids had a ball putting together and choosing their own ice cream creations :) My sister-in-law Casey made an amazing ice cream cake for the party. It turned out great!
